The pokehuman form must be at least a bust shot.
The pokemon form must be a fullbody.
Name: Name you have chosen for your character. Be creative but realistic. We do not wish to see vulgar names, so use common sense when naming your characters. It is perfectly acceptable for well adjusted pokemon to have a full name to use in pokehuman form.
Pokemon: The pokemon you have chosen for your character
Birthday: Month, Day
Age: Age in Pokehuman Form
Level: Your character's pokemon level
Gender: Male / Female / No Gender / Gender Identity
Sexuality: What is your character's sexual orientation, if they have one? It's alright if your character is still exploring!
Ability: Your pokemon's Ability
Faction: What Gang are you in? (Ursa, Frou, Kabu, none)
Moves: Your character can have 4 moves. Egg moves are allowed (be mindful of their parents), as are TMs.
Battle Stats: Please keep your character's species, physical appearance, age, personallity, and level in mind when filling this out. No pokemon is perfect!
Attack: Defense: Speed: Sp. Attack: Sp. Defense:
Occupation: What is your pokehuman's job? (If your pokemon is unable to turn into a pokehuman for the moment simply put N/A for each section)
Town of Residence: Where does your pokehuman take residence as a human?
Appearance: What does your character look like as a human? Please be sure to mention height.
Height: How tall is your character? Please keep it reasonable!
Personality: Please keep in mind that personalities should be well thought out and not all over the place. Keep things realistic (try not to make them contradict themselves!). We prefer that the personality is written in paragraph form.
History: General history of your character. Write enough that we get a good idea of your character's background. It should justify their level, personality, and occupation. Please be concise.
Relationships: Feel free to keep track of relationships here. This is optional. You can also link to the Relationship Meme
Extras: Anything extra you'd like others to know about your character.
